Now the three County News …….
In Sarasota County. The Closed Sales increased +39% over the previous month. New Listings increased +16% and the Inventory Level decreased to 3.3 months of Inventory. Remember 6 months of Inventory is considered a Balance Market. Year to Date Median Price increased +5.4%. Days on Market increased to 77 Days. Sold Price to List Price decreased to 94%.
Manatee County. The Closed Sales increased +58% over the previous month. New Listings increased +9% and the Inventory Level decreased to 3.0 months of Inventory. Year to Date Median Price increased +2.8% from the previous year. Days on Market increased to 70 Days. Sold Price to List Price stayed the same at 94.0%.
Charlotte County. The Closed Sales increased +32% over the previous month. New Listings increased +18% and Inventory Level decreased to 3.5 months of Inventory. Year to Date, Median Price increased +8.2% over the previous year. Days on Market increased to 90 Days. Sold Price to List Price increased to 94.3%.
