In Sarasota County. The Closed Sales increased +20.9% in February over the previous month. New Listings decreased to -9.8% and the Inventory Level increased to 6.4 months of Inventory. Remember 6 months of Inventory is considered a Balanced Market. Year to Date Median Price Increased +2.3% from the previous year. Days on Market increased to 58 Days. Sold Price to List Price decreased to 93.5%.
Manatee County. The Closed Sales increased to +23.2% in February over the previous month. New Listings decreased -7.3% and the Inventory Level increased to 5.1 months of Inventory. Year to Date Median Price Increased +2.0% from the previous year. Days on Market increased to 67 Days. Sold Price to List Price decreased to 93.6%.
Charlotte County. The Closed Sales increased +42.2% in February over the previous month. New Listings decreased -8.0% and Inventory Level increased to 8.4 months of Inventory. Year to Date, Median Price Increased +5.5% from the previous year. Days on Market increased to 72 Days. Sold Price to List Price stayed the same at 92.7%.
