Your knowledge of Sarasota, & the time you spent educating us on the area, as well the arts, golf, beaches & dining won us over. To us, Sarasota had the best outdoor living of any location we looked at, & the square foot cost price was the best value.
Early on in our working relationship, you kept us informed not only with details of properties & the development they were in, but also everything that was happening in Sarasota as a whole. We found your searches of the properties the best of any realtor in any of the locations we were looking in. Your detailed execution in every aspect of your job was second to none, and nothing seemed too much trouble, giving your time, extensive knowledge and enthusiasm.
After settling on The Founders Club as an ideal community for us, we now explored the pros & cons of a new home or a resale. You guided us through every hurdle, meeting Hugh O’Donnell, the general manager, a trip round the course, Home Owner’s President & The Founders Club Financial Director. Our decision was made & we settled on a new build with all it has to offer.
