On February 14,2013, my husband and I closed on a Condo at Grand Preserve in Englewood, Florida. We were encouraged to take this step by Kym and Helen Biggar who have always had our best interests at heart. As Kym pointed out to us, it was the right time to buy. The market seemed to be improving on home/condo sales in Florida, and since we had been thinking about purchasing a condo for a couple of years, we decided to make the move. Without Kym’s support, we wouldn’t have done it, and we are delighted that we did.
We decided to take a mortgage on the property, a task that proved to be a very stressful experience. There were so many people and institutions that needed to be satisfied. Kym was always on hand to help with needed documents. He spent hours with us sending and receiving information to secure our loan.
From start to finish, Kym and Helen led us through the whole buying process. They also helped with finding repair/service people who we needed to complete repairs. No stone was left unturned in their efforts to see us settled in our new condo.
