In Sarasota County. The Closed Sales increased +10.6% over the previous month. New Listings decreased -13.3% and the Inventory Level decreased -2.0% to 4.3 months of Inventory. Year to Date Median Price increased +6.2% from the previous year. Days on Market decreased to 73 Days. Sold Price to List Price stayed the same at 94.2%.
Manatee County. The Closed Sales increased +12.4% over the previous month. New Listings decreased -13.4% and the Inventory Level was no change at 4.1 months of Inventory. Year to Date Median Price increased +4.2% from the previous year. Days on Market increased to 70 Days. Sold Price to List Price increased to 94.7%.
Charlotte County. The Closed Sales increased +15.9% over the previous month. New Listings decreased -10.3% and Inventory Level decreased -2.6% to 4.3 months of Inventory. Year to Date, Median Price increased +9.5% over the previous year. Days on Market increased to 80 Days. Sold Price to List Price decreased to 93.6%.
