Now the three County News …….
In Sarasota County. The Closed Sales increased +7.4% over the previous month. New Listings decreased -18.4% and the Inventory Level decreased to 0.6 months (less than 1 month) of Inventory. Remember 6 months of Inventory is considered a Balanced Market. Year to Date Median Price increased +25.3% from the previous year. Days on Market increased to 19 Days. Sold Price to List Price slightly up to 99.5%.
Manatee County. The Closed Sales increased to +9.0% over the previous month. New Listings decreased -13.6% and the Inventory Level decreased to 0.6 (less than 1 month) months of Inventory. Year to Date Median Price increased +30.9% from the previous year. Days on Market the same at 18 Days. Sold Price to List Price increased to 99.5%.
Charlotte County. The Closed Sales increased +3.3% over the previous month. New Listings decreased -14.0% and Inventory Level the same at 0.9 (less than 1 month) months of Inventory. Year to Date, Median Price increased +41.1% over the previous year. Days on Market increased to 22 Days. Sold Price to List Price decreased to 98.4%.
