Now the three County News …….
In Sarasota County. The Closed Sales increased +0.4% over the previous month. New Listings increased +3.3% and the Inventory Level increased to 0.9 months (less than 1 month) of Inventory. Remember 6 months of Inventory is considered a Balanced Market. Year to Date Median Price increased +24.1% from the previous year. Days on Market decreased to 17 Days. Sold Price to List Price slightly up to 102.1%.
Manatee County. The Closed Sales decreased to -1.9% over the previous month. New Listings decreased -1.6% and the Inventory Level same at 0.8 (less than 1 month) months of Inventory. Year to Date Median Price increased +31.0% from the previous year. Days on Market decreased to 12 Days. Sold Price to List Price increased to 101.5%.
Charlotte County. The Closed Sales increased +3.7% over the previous month. New Listings decreased -5.3% and Inventory Level increased slightly at 1.0 month of Inventory. Year to Date, Median Price increased +34.5% over the previous year. Days on Market decreased to 15 Days. Sold Price to List Price decreased to 100.5%.
